• Build a strong team culture with the core value and skill of giving and receiving feedback.
• Bring you and your team members into the full voice of choice in their daily work.
• Begin building team habits including AARs. 

Session 3: Conversations that Matter: Coaching and Motivating Your Team and Staff. 

In this session, you will learn about the coaching framework so that you can:

• Engage teams to stay + be business builders.
• Address issues and requests as they arise and not have them become legacy issues.
• Open a two-way line of regular communication to empower you and your team.

Session 4: The Pathway to Success: 3 Impactful Elements for Goal Setting and Targets. 

In this session, you will:

• Learn the 3 impactful elements that help you and your team sustain motivation and create psychological safety in your daily work.
• Build self-directed team members and teams.
• Implement the zoom in/zoom out process to help you set meaningful goals, celebrate accomplishments and recognize shifts. 
• Participate in a Q&A Opportunity.
